A Huge Thank You!, for making the Silent Auction successful

I just wanted to THANK everyone who participated in our first Blue Stars silent auction at the Grand Premier event in Indianapolis last Thursday.

To everyone who donated items, to everyone who bid and purchased items and to everyone who attended the event...THANK YOU! The event would not have been successful without all of you!!!

The Blue Stars performance was, of course, the headliner of the evening, but the silent auction was a fundraiser for the Corps. It was so fun to see how many people came out, and to watch the bidding happen for the Blue Stars! Steve was busy selling souvies and the folks at the event were among the first to get the new items.

This was the first attempt at doing an event like this and our Corps Staff wants to make this an annual event. Next year's event will be bigger and better! We have a whole year to think about it (rather than a few months), and it's not too early to think of who you might ask for a donation!!!
