Rock on Blue Stars! NOW, you can rest! What a great day it was- Billy Happel passed down a First Federal coin to the current Drum Major who put it on the podium during the performance. 30 years ago when Billy was Drum Major, he placed it there. (He also let her keep it!) The tradition continues.......

You all would have been very proud! They so deserved this win-

They will go on tonight for the Division I grand finale.

Way to go everyone who made this possible!

Robin

Words cannot propelry express the happiness I feel for all of you/myself.. It seemed that there was maybe something a little different about this group of kids/ staff/ Support Staff.... something alittle special, and that the glue that holds you together this incredible season is alittle stronger then years past, I certinally hope you feel as much of a family as it seemed you do to me, following from a distance. Come back bring 25 or 30 more of you next year and look out DCI!!!!!!
I noticed that there were only 4 snares today. what happened? I heard something about family trouble. I am so terribly sorry for him and all of you. Its really none of business what happened I just hope he and his family is well and you all left a little of him on the field today.......

Enjoy every minute of this day.. YOU DESERVE IT!!

Hey man, your right about the 5th snare. I cant say too much seeing as how im from the pit and not the snare line, but they left somma Bruce (the 5th) on the field at finals. I know he had some problems that he could not help and he even let us all know that he wouldnt do the corps like that. Bruce is a good guy and did what he could, we appreciate him coming for the first part of the season, because he helped build the consistency for the corps that ended up winning, he was a part of that and I hope that he gets to order a ring because although he was not at the finals performance, he helped build and was part of the winning corps. Thats just my opinion.
