Please, please, please try to sign up for more than one shift. What always happens with this event is that Denise and a few others (myself and my kids among others except for last year because I was on crutches) end up working practically every shift because others only sign up for a two hour shift. It's not like you are being asked to do this every weekend. The number of volunteer/fundraising events that we have are very minimal compared to some other organizations. I myself am scheduled to work that weekend but will be asking for one of my shifts off to work this event. If you do the math you will see that it is impossible for these shifts to be covered if each of us only signs up for one shift. If this comes off sounding negatively, it is not my intent. We just really need your help.

Bekki can do 8:30 to midnight on Friday and then 8 to midnight Saturday

We are unable to be there Friday evening or Saturday as I have Apple Annie events that weekend, Sunday is our only day. Put us down for a double shift Sunday, about the only way I can be there. If there is any way I can be there on other days, I will let you know.

i can do friday and saturday 830-midnight, and sunday whenever needed.

You can put down Jim Cait Ben and I for Friday from 10-12 and Sat from 2to 4 and 4 to 6. Jim and I are both working that weekend so this is the best we can do. Ruth
