We ask that members, auditionees and anyone attending booster meetings held on camp weekends fill out this form. This way we know how many people are going to attend.

Unless otherwise stated (see camp schedule), full weekend camps begin on Friday nights at 8:00 p.m. with registration beginning at 6:00 p.m., and end on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.

We ask that when booking flights for camps, that you make every effort to obtain a flight that arrives on Friday night no later than 6:00 p.m., and leaves on Sunday evening no earlier than 6:00 p.m. If you need to book a flight that does not meet these guidelines, please let us know, whether it be a tremendous savings on flight costs, or a school conflict. Please also keep in mind that every minute of camp is essential to the success of the Blue Stars, but we also understand that during the winter season, we need to work with conflicts. MEMBERS: Please fill out an RSVP for each camp. You only need to fill in the membership info page once.

(If you cannot attend the camp and want to be seriously considered for membership in the organization, you must email Russ Gavin, Corps Director at director@bluestars.org with the reason you cannot attend to make this request. If you have a school band conflict, or a pre-approved "once in a lifetime" event, a video audition may be accepted with the same audition/camp fee.)
