Camp RSVP Form

We ask that members, auditionees and anyone attending booster meetings held on camp weekends fill out this form. This way we know how many people are going to attend.

AUDITIONEES: Please take the time to fill out the membership info form.

MEMBERS: Please fill out an RSVP for each camp. You only need to fill in the membership info page once.
