Doug Hall performed with the Blue Stars from 2002 to 2004. He served as horn sergeant and mellophone section leader during the 2004 season.

Doug is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in Arts and Humanities. He has served as marching instructor with the Tri-West High School Marching Band and Winter Drumlines. This will be his fourth year on the Blue Stars Visual Staff.
