John started his drum corps career with the Magic of Orlando from 1995-1997. He continued with The Blue Devils from 1998-2000. Upon aging out, John got a chance to perform with the show Blast!, and continued to do so for the next 6 years with various casts such as Broadway, L.A., 1st and 2nd National Tours, and 4 Japan tours. In 2007, John was a low brass instructor for the Santa Clara Vanguard.

Currently, John is a freelance musician, audio engineer, and teacher. He has a wonderful wife, Chiyo, and resides in New York City.
