Justin Lewis is an audio engineer with musical, drum corps., and recording industry experience. Justin began his career as a musician first who marched with The Blue Devils from 2001 through 2004 as a tuba player. While Justin was still marching he took a particular interest in audio equipment, sound reinforcement, and recording. Justin attained a degree in Audio Technology as well as a position as a maintenance tech. and audio engineer at Citrus College studios in 2008. Justin worked as the principal engineer for the 'Night of Music from Film' and Summer Instrument Music Academy (SIMA) in 2008, as well as worked as an intern for the television show, 'Yo Gabba Gabba'. Justin also has experience with sound editing, sound effects design, and music edits of all genres for Winter Guards across the southern California region. He is fluent with many software sequencers, such as Pro Tools, Logic, Reason, and spends much of his time learning about new audio gear and equipment. Justin spent last summer as the sound technician for the Madison Scouts and is moving forward in his experiences now with the Blue Stars this summer.
