2024 SPRING TRAINING INFORMATION
Please find the following general information to begin making plans for your arrival to Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa for Spring Training 2024.
Additional details and logistics regarding move-ins for Spring Training will be communicated via Slack in the coming weeks.
LOCATION: Waldorf University - Forest City, IA
Leadership Team Early Arrival - MAY 22, 2024
Schedule flights to arrive by 7pm at the latest. Purchase a shuttle ticket for transportation to Forest City. If being dropped off, you can arrive anytime after noon, but not later than 9pm.
Full Corps Member Move-In Day - MAY 24, 2024
TRANSPORTATION
FLYING: Arrive to MSP - Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
Flights must arrive by 7:00 pm or earlier to connect with the corps bus shuttle transportation on the day of. Details regarding the bus shuttle timing and pickup location will be communicated closer to move-in day.
Note: In past years some members have flown into MSP a day early to take advantage of a less expensive flight. This is fine, but understand that housing and transportation to/from a hotel is not provided by the Blue Stars prior to May 24.
DRIVING: If driving, you can arrive anytime on May 24 and should proceed to the Boman Fine Arts Center in Forest City, Iowa. Just look for the Blue Stars equipment and food trucks.
Arrival / Departure During Spring Training (After May 24)
If you are traveling TO / FROM Spring Training after May 24th, you still need to purchase shuttle tickets from MSP.
It is a two hour drive from MSP to our Spring Training location. Please schedule your flights to Arrive before 2pm and to Depart after 2pm to ensure safe & timely shuttle transportation.

End of Season - AUGUST 10, 2024
At the conclusion of the season, members will be responsible for transportation home. The corps will dismiss from the Lucas Oil Stadium parking lot after finals. Bus(es) will go to the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) from the DCI Finals lot for drop off.
Please book your flight departing from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) anytime on Sunday, August 11, 2024.
